Go Go World know what they are doing to recruit students from around the world and bring them to Japan to study at any one of the many Language Schools that they recruit for across the country.

HEIapply allows the right application form to be completed for the right School, and guides all parties through the complex workflow of application management, Certificates of Eligibility and visas.

The Challenges

Go Go World work with over forty schools across Japan, and the application processes vary for those schools. They needed a system that would enable them to offer a variety of forms and processes, that could be amended to keep up with schools' requirements.

Go Go World had a complex web of systems to support their business, including a Salesforce product, and working between these systems was time consuming. They wanted to consolidate their workflows and create an integrated system that served all their needs.

With an abundance of enquiries, many applicants and lots of partners, Go Go World have to manage a volume of communication. They wanted a system that would enable them to optimise their efforts and see messages sent and received across their wide staff base.

HEIapply became a bespoke and integrated system simplifying the range of tools Go Go World had to employ whilst losing none of the functionality required. It's easier for the team to coordinate efforts and they save time by not switching between systems.

Communication
Go Go World's communications are now centrally stored and visible. They benefit from being able to bulk message where appropriate and to convert an enquiry into an application, maintaining communication records through the conversion cycle.
