Team Growth and Increased Development Capabilities
2019 was a significant year for us as our team expanded to include 19 dedicated members of staff. Recognising the importance of enhancing our development capabilities, we opened a branch in Zimbabwe and South Africa. This strategic move allowed us to further strengthen our offerings and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
Introducing EduagentCRM to Support Study Aborad Agents
In 2017, we expanded our product portfolio by introducing Eduagent CRM, a specialised solution aimed at supporting education agents in the admissions process. This addition allowed us to provide comprehensive support throughout the entire admissions journey, catering to the needs of agents and further enhancing the overall applicant experience.
Venturing into New Territories and Securing Multiple Customers
In 2016, we realised the potential to expand our market beyond the UK. Taking a bold step, we ventured into Singapore, Malaysia, and the surrounding regions. This move opened doors to new opportunities as we successfully landed multiple customers in these territories. Our commitment to delivering effective admissions solutions resonated with educational institutions worldwide.
Launching the Admissions Software and Opening Doors to Customers
2014 marked a significant milestone as we launched our admissions software into the market. Collaborating with universities and educational institutions in the West Midlands, we developed a solution that addressed their specific needs. Opening our doors to multiple customers, we witnessed the positive impact our software had on streamlining the admissions process and enhancing decision-making capabilities.
A Startup Is Born
This was the year our two cofounders officially put their minds to addressing the needs of the admissions market and established our company.
Inception and Identifying Industry Frustrations
Our journey began in 2011 when we identified the frustrations faced by educational institutions, agents and parent in the admissions process. Attending a conference for universities and agents and hearing the real issues in themarket sparked the determination to make a positive difference. This pivotal moment inspired our co-founders to begin woring on a prototype to address this market. Later that year, we secured our first trial customer.
