Parent has seen no progress with the application since they received an email saying it had been submitted. Are they able to make contact?

Yes they can! The Applicant Portal comes with an inbuilt Communication Inbox for every applicant. Here the parent can see a log of all communication (including emails, letters or instant messages) with your admissions team and also send new instant messages, should they have any questions or concerns.
